ThaiSomdej launches Asia Road Express

ThaiSomdej Logistics has launched Asia Road Express, an inland cross-border trucking service connecting Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Customers can save costs by shipping by road and using reverse logistics, transporting goods from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia all the way to Thailand.

Cargo flights to and from other destinations can be connected in Kuala Lumpur. The start and end point for each operation uses the ThaiSomdej Free Zone as a hub in Bangkok.

The project may extend to China shortly, the company said in a statement yesterday. - The Nation
