Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has reduced its investment in Mahachai Land Development by transferring 85,912 common shares - 59.12 per cent of paid-up capital - at Bt100 per share to Wiroj Suthirojpattana, Promote Trichakraphop, Prapatsorn Trichakraphop and Pratan Trichakraphop.
After the transaction, SCB will no longer invest in Mahachai Land Development.
Minor International's board appointed Emmanuel Jude Dillipraj Rajakarier to replace Michael Sagild as a director effective from November 14.
Natural Park's board has been informed by the legal department that Bangkok Commercial Asset Management, a former creditor in the business rehabilitation plan, has filed a plea for a new trial at the Southern Bangkok Civil Court. The plaintiff is seeking repayment of a Bt49.71 million debt, at an interest of 23 per cent on the principal loan amount of Bt41.25 million, from the date of filing the lawsuit until the date the debt is fully repaid.
