
The projects offer the combined number of 5,100 units, worth a total of Bt11.8 billion. The data showed that many of them are for low-rise development, amid sagging demand for high-rise condominium projects. Townhouse development accounts for 37 per cent of total, in terms of units. Condominium units of 1,720 account for 33.7 per cent.
More of them, 2,839 units or 56 per cent, are priced between Bt1-Bt2 million. From overall new units, the price average is Bt2.32 million.
None of the projects are located in the inner Bangkok areas.
