BEC-Tero turns to

well-off customers

BEC-Tero Entertainment will shift its focus in organising concerts and events to deep-pocket customers, in a move aimed at ensuring continued sales growth.

"Concert tickets with high prices are still in demand from the high-end market. We found the high-price tickets were often sold out fastest, driving sales this year to grow by 15 to 20 per cent, " said Neil Thompson, deputy managing director.

He believes the concert and event market has continued to grow this year as people need to release their stress and tension from the economic slump and political turbulence.

All brands welcome

SEC Auto Sales and Services will open its dealer services to all car brands in order to cope with the economic downturn.

Now in its 18th year, the company is confident the move will help its sales grow from last year's Bt140 billion, said Sompong Witthayaraksan.

He said SEC had also renovated its showroom in a trendy European style to serve its target customers, who are fond of European cars such as Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Mini, Audi TT and Fiat 500.
