My parents taught me that whatever I did, I should strive to make it the best and beyond expectations. This lesson can be applied to everything in life.
When asked what my most cherished project is
- the one that challenged me most - I must say Royal Residence, although I have already said that I am passionate about every project.Royal Residence is luxurious detachedhousing project on KasetNawamin Road.
It comprises only 72 single homes, carefully designed to reflect the beauty and elegance of the architectural style popular in the reign of King Chulalongkorn.
It is a perfect adaptation of Victorian style with classical Thai design, complete with facilities for modernday living. This is not just another housing project.
We wished that residents of Royal Residence would be able to live in a happy and convenient community, so we developed a master plan for a complete town
¬ship - Nawamin City - where res¬idents will find everything they need to suit their lifestyles.The Nawamin City Master Plan will provide a fully integrat¬ed modern township consisting of residential, commercial, retail, lifestyle and entertainment com¬ponents.
Its location has two key advantages: the site is big enough to create and develop a unique new township, and it is in the heart of a new urban area with an established community that already has easy access to the city centre through expanding infra¬structure.
It can be said that it is in the vicinity of Bangkok
's gateways to the North and Northeast.We wish this to become a community of which everybody is proud to be a part, and this pride will pass down from gener
¬ation to generation.We are putting much love and passion into developing Nawamin City, with the wish that children will be happy growing up in its community.
Royal Residence already sets that example; kids are happy growing up there.
