Thaksin's next phone-in on Dec 13

Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra will speak to his supporters on December 13 in a phone-in during "Today Truth" rally at the National Stadium, People Power Party MP Jatuporn Phrompan on Wednesday.

The phone-in has been advanced a day forward from December 14 in order to avoid an earlier booking for sport event at the stadium, Jatuporn said.

The crowds will be allowed to join the rally at 1.00 pm and Thaksin is expected to call around 8.00 pm, he said.

Thaksin is likely to address the crowds about two key messages - his resumption of political activities and his struggle to seek justice, he said.

Today Truth organisers will tomorrow travel to the United States to pay hospital visit to former prime minister Samak Sundaravej who is undergoing cancer treatment, he said.

Samak might be asked to phone in for the Sunday's rally at Wat Suan Kaew, he said.
