Siam Global House to revive the CM outlet

Siam Global House, a building material distributor, expects to complete the reconstruction of the outlet in Chiang Mai within 8 months after the property was burned down in a big fire accident.

The company's chief executive officer Witoon Suriyawanakul said that it is too soon to conclude the damage. He noted that less than 1 per cent of the merchandises and the premises is safe from the fire.

He noted that the merchandises and the premises are insured.

Over half of employees took sick leave. None of them would be laid off while the reconstruction is going on. However, they would be moved to work at other outlets, Witoon said.
