ASIAN MARINE SERVICES last Thursday filed a request with the Supreme Administrative Court to order the Royal Thai Navy to pay the company Bt14.43 million that was owed. The court ordered the Navy pay to pay the company the money plus annual interest of 7.5 per cent from August 9, 2005.
