Nok Air to begin Bangkok-Lampang route
A low cost Nok Air will launch the Bangkok - Lampang service in response to the demand of the province passengers.
Lampang is now serviced by PB Air, said Thanachai Pongsophavichit, president of Lampang Tourist Association, adding that the open new route of Nok Air is good news, because PB Air has high-ticket prices.
Around 50 per cent of Lampang passengers preferred to take off at Chiang Mai Airport than Lampang Airport because Chiang Mai Airport has many airlines, and the ticket prices is lower than PB Air, he said.
