Sansiri targets transfer revenue of Bt14 bn

Sansiri Plc expects its business group to realise nearly Bt14 billion in revenue from the transfer of all products throughout the year, in the move to maintain its leading position in the property market.

Srettha Thavisin, president of the property company, said that the group has developed and completed a number of 48 projects: 12 single houses, 27 condominium, and 9 townhouse projects. A number of 3,950 units are ready for transfers in this year.

"With the revenue target, Sansiri is among leaders in the market," Srettha said. "We plan to retire some loans and use some proceeds to expand business."
