KBANK taps Surat SMEs

Kasikornbank will open an SME loan market in Surat Thani, aiming to lend Bt400 million during the 2-day event on November 8-9.

Pakorn Partanapat, first senior vice president of the bank, said that the province locates a number of businesses, but due to economic sluggishness, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are in bigger need of consultation and financial assistance.

"K SME" loan market at Tesco Lotus expects over 2,000 visitors. They can seek advice on loan applications and cash management as well as other activities. Meanwhile, the bank is ready to approve their loan applications within 3 days. Visitors would also be enlisted for online business matching.
