Sansiri amplifies simplicity

Hive is the citycondominium brand of Sansiri, which focuses on the middlemarket segment under the broad theme of "Simply Sansiri".

The company has launched three Hive projects in three separate loca¬tions, namely Sathorn, Taksin and Sukhumvit 65.

The combined worth of the projects is Bt3.4 billion.

The theme "Simply Sansiri" focuses on simplicity in design, which makes the maximum use of the space available to suit a city dweller's lifestyle, Sansiri president Srettha Thavisin said.

The "Simply Sansiri" concept has been designed keeping in mind cus¬tomers' lifestyles and the elegance that the moderncontemporary concept affords a room through the use of simple raw materials.

The Hive at Sathorn consists of a 31storey building with 363 units.

The project is worth Bt1.6 billion and offers three types of units. The onebedroom units offer use spaces from 4049 square metres.

The twobedroom apartments provide use spaces of 67.569 square metres.

Meanwhile, the threebedroom units are available with a use space of 99.5 square metres.

The units are priced from Bt80,000 to Bt100,000 per square metre.

The project is now sold out.

Construction will be started after the project is granted an environ¬mentalimpact assessment (EIA) licence.

Sansiri expects to complete the project by July 2010.

The Hive at Taksin offers 365 units and has a total project value of Bt1.5 billion.

The developer has succeeded in selling 70 per cent of the project value.

Sansiri has applied for the EIA license and expects to start con¬struction by the end of the year.

Last, the Hive Sukhumvit 65 offers 124 units.

The project has a cumulative worth of Bt390 million.

Sansiri has succeeded in selling 80 per cent of the project value.

The developer has applied for the EIA license for this project, as well.

It expects to start construction by the end of the year.
