Chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Chaovarat Chanweerakul, the committee is tasked with deciding what should be done for the victims and their families.
PM's Office permanent secretary Nattee Premrassamee yesterday said the casualties resulted from the violent incidents on August 29, September 2 and October 7.
"The committee has now appointed a subcommittee to lay down guidelines on how to provide remedial action," Nattee said.
He said the action would involve financial assistance and mental rehabilitation.
The Social Development and Human Security Ministry will oversee the payment of compensation, while Dr Prat Boonyawongvirot will take charge of mental care, he added.
"The subcommittee will convene on October 22 and will report its conclusion to the committee on October 24. After that, the conclusion will be forwarded to the Cabinet on October 28," said Nattee.
He said the Narenthorn Centre, the National Security Council and other organisations would jointly determine the extent of the physical and mental wounds inflicted during the violence.
