THAI-GERMAN CERAMIC INDUSTRY's board approved the company's plan to buy core assets back from Siam City Bank in line with a debt-restructuring agreement with the bank.



 The value of the repurchase is Bt1.06 billion, which the company will fund through a loan from Bangkok Bank with a repayment period of 10 years and six months.

INDORAMA POLYMERS (IRP) reported that its major shareholder Indorama Ventures Limited (IVL) had purchased 54.52 million shares at Bt10.30 apiece in IRP from DEG-Deutsche Investitions und Entwicklungsgesellschaft. IVL now owns 591.71 million IRP shares.

RAMKHAMHAENG HOSPITAL's board approved a Bt30-million two-year loan to Phrayao Ram Hospital Co Ltd for the repayment of debt to a financial institution.

 

SEC AUTO SALES AND SERVICES' shareholders approved a reduction in registered capital from Bt1.03 billion to Bt714.02 million.

The meeting also approved a subsequent Bt700-million increase in capital by issuing 700 million new ordinary shares at a par value of Bt1. The firm's registered capital will rise to Bt1.41 billion as a result.

LEE FEED MILL's board approved an interim dividend of six satang per share, to be paid on November 11.
