Suwat was speaking ahead of this morning's verdict session for the appellate review on the nine warrants to arrest PAD leaders.
He said his clients are willing to fight charges, except that of treason which they deem unjustified.
In regard to two PAD leaders in remand, Chamlong Srimuang and Chaiwat Sinsuwong, he said the defence will apply for bail after the treason charge was lifted.
Should the appellate review fail to rule in favour the PAD leaders, the defence plans to petition for a final review by the Supreme Court, he said.
