
A number of property compaŽnies and commercial banks are offering special financial packages and discounts to visitors who visit the 19th of Housing & Condo Festival that started yesterday and runs until Sunday at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
"We believe that the festival will give a boost to the property market in the last quarter of the year because a number of property developers and commercial banks are offering diverse finance options and special prices at this event," Thai Real Estate Association's president Somchao Tanterdtham said.

Žtive impact on homebuyers' purchase decisions, the association believes this event will encourage buyers to change their minds.The 19th Housing & Condo Festival has been organised by the Thai Real Estate Association, Thai Condominium Association and Housing Business Association. The event will showcase up to 2,000 resŽidential projects with a combined value of up to several billion baht.
The association expects about 100,000 visitors and sales of about Bt3 billion from the fourday event, Somchao said.
Metro Star Property is offering a discount of Bt500,000 a unit and a zero interest rate for the first two years of a loan on its residential project on Sukhumvit 103, Baan Ravipha. It is also offering a special price for its conŽdominium projects Metro Avenue Sukhumvit 66 and Metro Avenue Ratchayothin, which are priced at Bt1.28 million a unit.
LPN Development is offering up to Bt700,000 in discount per unit, with free furniture and home appliances for its 11 condominium projects across Bangkok.
