ICIS names Prasert a top player in petrochemicals

PTT President and CEO Prasert Bunsumpun is ranked 30 in ICIS's "Top 40 Power-Players", in recognition of his ability in boosting the group's competitiveness through business restructuring.

The news agency commended Prasert on the mergers of companies in the group and joint ventures which further strengthened the group's operations.

Last year, Prasert was also included in the list due to the strategies to revive the petrochemical industry, which earlier suffered from high raw material costs.
