Thai Beverage buys Oishi's shares worth Bt3 billion

Thai Beverage shareholders agreed to buy 44 per cent of Oishi Group's paid up capital from Yodkij Thurakit, major shareholder of Oishi Group for Bt37 a share, Oishi said in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand today.

The transaction is valued at Bt3.04 billion.
