PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) has established a subsidiary to carry out petroleum exploration and development activities in New Zealand.
PTTEP New Zealand Limited, established on September 17, with registered capital of US$ 50,000, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at US$ 1 each, with held by PTTEP Holding, a subsidiary of PTTEP.
