Slowing economy is greatest concern

The slowing economy is the greatest concern of Thai people, followed by the political unrest, according to a survey of University of Thai Chamber of Commerce released today.

The respondents ranked concern over surging goods prices and soaring oil prices in third and fourth places. They also showed only moderate confidence in the ability of the new government to solve the economic problems and promote good governance.
