The policies are to be implemented over the three-year period, which is the remaining term of the government, policy drafter Noppadon Patama said on Wednesday.
Noppadon said the government would not touch on the issue of whether to amend the charter.
The policy statement, which will be delivered in Parliament, is to address 14 issues comprising eight main policies, 14 supplementary measures and would be about 28-page long.
On the economic front, the government's priorities include the promotion of foreign investment, the financial access for the underprivileged, the lessening of inflationary pressure and the problems relating to the world economic volatility.
On politics, the government would strive for national reconciliation and the negotiations to resolve border disputes.
The first draft of the policy statement is expected to complete by Friday.
