Property companies have launched several marketing campaigns, such as offering guaranteed returns of investment of up to 6 per cent, to boost sales in the last quarter of the year.

According to a survey conducted by The Nation this week, a number of property companies launched new marketing campaigns to boost their sale in the last quarter responding to homebuyers delaying their decision in the face of political turmoil.

Supalai introduced a campaign for its Supalai Casa Riva project, which entails a return on investment of 6 per cent within two years for homebuy¬ers who buy units to rent them out.

Supalai director and deputy man¬aging director Atip Bichanond said, "Our campaign is best suited for homebuyers who want to buy a house for investment purposes."

LPN Development has launched a oneprice campaign for its Lumpini Condo Town project at Bt880,000 per unit and at Bt45,000 square metre for the Lumpini Place project. Sena Development launched a cam¬paign whereby homebuyers can start paying monthly mortgage loan pay¬ment from the seventh month. This campaign is focused on readytostay homes at Sena Grand Home Rangsit, Villa Ramindra, Villa Ramindra - The Exclusive Zone, Sena Green Vill Ramindra, Sena Green Villa Rangsit Klong 11 and Sena Green Vill Lum Luk Ka Klong 2.

Ananda Development has also launched campaign for Ananda Sea Sense…, whereby it is offering a spe¬cial promotional stay free of charge within two years of buying a detached house in projects including Lanta Resort Life, Waikiki Shore and Similan Reef.

Sena Development managing director Kessara Thanyalakpark said the company's campaign offers a stay of six months before having to make any mortgage payments and perfect¬ly is suited to the market sentiment.

"Our campaign is meant to hasten the buying decision despite the country's political uncertainty. Because if customers buy now, they also will get an incentive because we will make the payment for them and they can also fight inflation, which is now higher than the deposit rate," she said.
