Judges told to show it's common to be honest

HM the King told the Central Administrative Court judges on Monday to be brave and stick to goodness.

The King also asked the judges not to disappoint people by not keeping promises of their vows.

HM the King was granting an audience with 22 new judges led by Supreme Administrative Court President Akarathorn Chularat at Hua Hin Palace on Monday.

"I am glad to hear that you all vowed to work with honesty for the benefits of the country. It is important because people need honesty. You all can set examples for others," said HM the King.

It was important that the judges should keep promises and adhere to their vows. If they are not doing so, people will be disappointed and their disappointment will be very dangerous for the country's administration.

The judges should also be brave and stick to virtues.

The judges should be good examples for people, they should show that it is common to be honest and faithful, said HM the King.
