Tisco opens branch in Krabi

Tisco Bank on Monday opened a new branch in Krabi, paving way to build business base in the South.

"Krabi has high business potential, with expanding business in agriculture and tourism where a number of 5-star hotels are being launched. This would lead to expansion in the property business and other trade activities," said Sakchai Peechapat, executive vice president for retail banking.

At the branch, the bank will focus on raising deposits and lending hire-purchase loans. It is the 29th branch of the bank and the fifth in the South.
