The People's Alliance for Democracy is at fault for leading street protests and turning the seat of government into its rally site and this has fuelled escalating tensions, MP Amnuay Klangpha said reading from the statement.
Amnuay called on the PAD to stop protesting and its nine leaders reporting to police to face charges, including treason.
If the PAD leaders continue to act in defiance of the laws, then they should find a new country to live, he said.
He also challenged the PAD to form a political party in order to push for its political system.
