Ananda proceeds with plans

Ananda Development Plc is proceeding with the development of two new condominium projects - IDEO Verve Sukhumvit and IDEO Verve Rajaprarop, undeterred by the economic and political turbulence.

The value of each project is about Bt2 billion.

Despite rising political tension, the company decides to proceed with the business plan, said President & CEO Chanond Ruangkritya who is confident that project's location and concept would lure buyers.

The project on Sukhumvit, opposite to Tesco Lotus On-nuj, would hold the pre-sale during September 13-14. The company has received sizeable bookings in the previous month, when bookings were welcomed ahaead of the pre-sale.
