MOMA 14 is one of designs under this concept, which is offered at a construction cost of Bt3.16 million. This design offers a two storey house with three bedrooms and three bathroom, under a modern minimal style. The design uses doublevolume space to create more space for the living and dining rooms, providing a utili¬sation space of 226 square metres. MOMA 14 requires 63 square wah of land, with a width of 13.5 metres and a depth of 18.5 metres.
MOMA 15 offers a detachedhousing design at a construction cost of Bt4.69 million. It offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a utilisation space of 335 square metres. This design offers the largest living room and a semioutdoor space suited to activefamily living. This type needs 69 square wah of land, which a width of up to 14.5 metres and a depth of 19 metres.
The largest of the designs is MOMA 12, which is a twostorey building with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and hometheatre rooms. It offers a utilisation space of 380.50 square metres at a cost of Bt5.13 million a unit.
