Thanapat plans two new townhouses, revises plans with S Korean investor

Thanapat Property Development plans to launch two townhouse projects called Thanapat Haus, worth between Bt1.5 billion and Bt2 billion, in the last quarter of the year, company managing director Dolpiwat Preedawipat said.

The projects will comprise three or fourstorey townhouses, with a starting price between Bt7 million and Bt8 million per unit, built on 22 square wah of land.

The company has also revised its business plan to join a South Korean investor for developing its land on Charoen Kung Road into a condominium. It is now negotiating with investors from Singapore and Hong Kong.
