Golden Land Property Development is set to raise the bar with its forthcoming launch of The Grande Deco, a stunning new phase of its Golden Nakara project, which offers six new housing designs inspired by the Art Deco movement.

Units are available at prices starting Bt11.6 million. The company is positioning the project as an address that everyone wants but only few can own. It will have only 172 units and the project will be worth Bt2.39 billion.

The Grand Deco is situated 500 metres from the upcom¬ing City Rail Link on Rama IX Road and is also easily accessible via OnNut.
