ASIASOFT reported an investment of Bt400 million to expand its online gaming business. The investment was made through its subsidiary, A Capital, which bought a 99.99-per-cent stake in Funbox.

The sum could rise to Bt3.2 billion, as Funbox could be forced to shoulder future liabilities of Bt2.8 billion. One seller, Chin Wei Choung, will be nominated to

manage the group.

THAI AGRI FOODS received a tender offer from Sackchai Wongmalasith, Steven Chan and Voranun Thaveesangpanich.

The three are tendering for all 8.4 million shares in the company at Bt130 apiece, for a total of Bt1.09 billion.

TMB BANK sold its 6.97-per-cent stake in Wongpaitoon, a non-listed company.

DIAMOND ROOFTING TILE's board agreed on an interim dividend of Bt0.15 per share, payable on September 19.
