's managing director Opas Sripayak said LPN Development expects to get new cusŽtomers worth another Bt50 million after the fourday event. The Home Buyers Expo 2008, held between last Thursday and Sunday, gave the comŽpany a Bt50million boost. This will add to the company's presales earnŽings in the second half of the year, putting it on track to meet its target by the end of the year.At present, the company has recorded presales that will add up to about Bt2.3 billion in revenue in the second half of the year.
The company has also chalked up bookings that would be worth Bt6.3 billion in revenue next year.
The major projects that will genŽerate revenue for the company in the second half of the year include Lumpini Place NarathiwatChopraya, Lumpini Place RatchadaTarpra, Lumpini View Ramkhamhaeng 44, Lumpini Condo Town Bodindacha Ramkhamhaeng and Lumpini Condo Town Ramindra Laksi.
The company reported a total revŽenue of Bt3.63 billion in the first half of the year, up 22.22 per cent from the same period last year. It posted a net profit of Bt609.11 million in the first half of the year, up 24.48 per cent from the same period last year.
Opas said the company is aiming for growth between 15 per cent and 20 per cent a year, from this year until 2010. It is hoping to achieve total revŽenues of Bt10 billion by 2010.

's sales and the bookings will add to its revenue for the next year until 2010, Opas said.
