Aeon issues Bt2 bn bonds

Aeon Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Co Ltd has announced the issuance of Bt2 billion bonds, which are of 2 and 4 years of maturity and pay annual interest of 4.59 and 5.20 per cent, respectively.

The two tranches, worth Bt1 billion each, are guaranteed by Mizuho Corporate Bank. Japan Bank of International Cooperation will also provide the guarantee for the second tranche.
