PAE (THAILAND) on Wednesday signed an agreement with Nava Nakorn for work on the Nava Privacy Project, an industrial and commercial development in Pathum Thani.



The budget for the work covered by the agreement is Bt579 million from a total budget of Bt619.5 million. Construction is expected to be completed by October 2009.

THAI AGRO ENERGY's board approved an increase in registered capital from Bt600 million to Bt800 million by issuing an additional 200 million shares at a par value of Bt1 apiece. The company has postponed filing for a listing on the stock exchange from this year to next pending the increased capitalisation.

THAI CENTRAL CHEMICAL's board approved the entire business transfer of TCC Agrochemical to MC Agrochemical, both subsidiaries, in order to eliminate double administrative expenses and to increase operating efficiency. The transfer date is October 1.

CENTRAL PLAZA HOTEL's board reviewed the changes in the purchase price of the Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui and its utility system offered by the Thai Pattana 1 Fund and found them to be in line with the actual market and the economic situation. The purchase price of the hotel building will be Bt1.45 billion, down from Bt1.7 billion. The rent of the hotel building and utility system leased by the company to the fund under a 30-year lease will be Bt1.51 billion, down from Bt1.82 billion. The sale price of hotel furniture and operational equipment is unchanged.
