Preuksa introduces detachedhousing project for natureloving customers

Preuksa Real Estate recently introduced the Preuksa Village Green Lake at Rangsit Klong 3 based on a contemporary, tropical theme suited for nature lovers.

Chief operating officer Prasert Taedullayasatit said the detachedhousing project is built on 50 square wah and has three designs - Tarapreuk, spread over 130 square metres, with a starting price of Bt2.45 million a unit, Chonpreuk on 140 square metres, at Bt2.69 million, and Narapreuk, with a utilisation space of 150 square metres, priced at Bt2.79 million.
