Deputy managing director Atip Bijanonda yesterday said Supalai launched three projects in the first half. At present, the company has Bt13.4 billion worth of work in progress, of which Bt2.16 billion will be realised as revenue this year.
"We believe we can achieve our Bt10-billion presales target despite several negative factors, including high inflation and political uncertainty. We've clearly focused on our client segment.
The company's full-year revenue should grow 20 per cent year on year," he said.
Supalai recorded revenue of Bt5.08 billion last year, of which Bt3.26 billion was generated in the first half.
Atip said the company expected its gross profit margin in this year's second half to be similar to the first half's 40 per cent, due to revenue recognition in high-level projects. Its net profit margin is forecast to remain 20 per cent, thanks to the property tax privilege.
Supalai has 382 rai of land it plans to developed from 2009-11.
