K-TECH CONSTRUCTION reported its creditor had filed an application with the Central Bankruptcy Court for business reorganisation of the company and that the court had accepted the application.



AYUDHYA INSURANCE announced an interim dividend of 65 satang a share for first-half operations, payable on September 12.

THAILAND IRON WORKS reported its production line would be temporarily shut down from yesterday until September 14, due to a reduction in supply and soaring prices of its main raw materials. However, the company says it has an adequate quantity of galvanised iron sheet to serve and respond to the demand of the market. During the shutdown, customers can still place orders and receive deliveries as usual.
