Petchboonma will launch a condominium project, Diamond Sukhumvit, worth Bt2 billion in the third quarter of this year.

The company's managing director Theanprasit Chaiphatranant said construction will begin at the end of the year and finish in 2011.

Diamond Sukhumvit is a 31storey condominium building located between Sukhumvit Soi 48/3 and Sukhumvit Soi 50. The project will have 485 units with a utilisation space of between 26 and 63 square metres at a starting price between Bt1.98 million and Bt4.3 million per unit.
