
Enpeo Consulting has launched its latest innovation in corporate communications - a business-simulation game called "Celemi - Enterprise and Celemi - Apples & Oranges".
The objective of this game is to encourage employees to support their organisation during a national economic crisis.
Enpeo Consulting managing director Suebsai Daratham said, "'Celemi - Enterprise and Celemi - Apples & Oranges' is a means of communication and training that has been specially customised to suit each organisation. This is our latest approach to teaching and developing business skills we obtained from Sweden."
The game has been designed to develop employee capabilities leading to consistent change and understanding through "learning by doing". It also encourages employee participation and improves their skills with the understanding that these are crucial factors in driving an organisation to greater success.
"We have been in this business for more than eight years and specialise in strategic internal communication through the learning process. We designed our approach after analysing the vision and need of senior executives to communicate more effectively with a larger number of employees.
"These communication methods differ in terms of the communication format and operational training. They are customised according to the requirements and objectives of each organisation," Suebsai said.
