
Lumyook (Millennium 2002) is investing Bt10 million to open a Playboy outlet at Bangkok's Major Avenue Ratchayothin shopping mall with a plan to establish the outlet as a centre where customers can find all worldwide Playboy products.
It expects the shop to generate Bt20 million in sales within the first three months, according to CEO Worawoot Vangvorawong.
About 100 items are available at the 120squaremetre outlet, including clothing, lingerie, bags, glasses, accessories, cosmetics and home decorations. The company is also adding new product lines including male cosmetics and bed sets.
Playboy's targeted customers are teenagers and working people aged from 18 to 35.
