Rhythm Ratchada is the latest brand to focus on the middle to highend market with condominiums priced between Bt3 million and Bt4 million per unit, Asian Property sen¬ior executive vice president Visanu Suchatlumpong said.

Asian Property Development has three brands of condominiums. They are The Life priced between Bt1 mil¬lion and Bt2 million per unit, The Address priced up to Bt5 million per unit and The Rhythm for the middle market.

Visanu said this project would have two buildings. The first building comprises 391 units, of which 305 were sold last week, and the second building has 492 units, which will open to presales next week.

Rhythm Ratchada will focus on customers between the ages of 30 and 40 years who have a city lifestyle but want to be close to nature.

"The new layout by Canadian designer Calum Srigley will give homeowners a good view of the out¬side from the dining area," he said.

Rhythm Ratchada has two types of units - onebedroom units, which have utilisation space of 35 to 45 square metres and twobedroom units with utilisation space up to 70 square metres, at a starting price of Bt80,000 per square metre.

The project has got an Environmental Impact Assessment licence and construction licence. The construction is likely to be complet¬ed in 2011.
