
Thongma Vijitpongpun, president and CEO, said in the quarter, the company's quarterly revenue at Bt3.3 billion is the highest ever. It was 47 per cent up from Bt2.23 billion in the first quarter. Of total, the company earned Bt1.9 billion from the sale of townhouses, Bt1.3 billion from single houses and Bt32 million from condominium units.
"From the backlog worth Bt11 billion which would be sold in the second half, we're confident that the 2008 revenue would reach the target of Bt14 billion," he said.
The company attributed the big sale increase to adjustments to locations, project designs and types of property development, in response to customers' preferences and economic changes.
