Nibhat joins SET board of governors

Nibhat Bhukkanasut was named a member of the Stock Exchange of Thailand's board of governors, the title that he would keep from August 11 to August 10, 2010.

At the board meeting on Friday, the Securities and Exchange Commission also appointed Niphat Chitprasong as another SET governor. The two would replace Pichit Akrathit, president of MFC Asset Management; and Sauwanee Thairungroj, vice president for Research Affairs of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, whose term expired.
