Sansiri launches project for nature lovers

To cater to customers who love to be close to nature, property company Sansiri has introduced the 213-unit Saransiri Ramindra 2 project based on the "Natural Geometric" design. So far, the company has sold 40 units with a starting price of Bt3.39 million.

"We have designed this project keeping in mind those customers who want to feel close to nature when they are at home. Our design links the indoors and the outdoors through the Natural Geometric concept," company's senior marketing manager Samatcha Promsiri said.

The theme will create open spaces with the help of bay windows. The architect has also designed a large bench at the front for residents to relax, a big main entrance and a clubhouse for nature lovers.

The detached houses in the project cover areas of 125 to 203 square metres on plots of 50 to 110 square wah.

"We believed that the new concept will boost sales to meet the Bt1.6-billion target in the third quarter of this year," Samatcha said.
