Siam Properties has launched a luxury detached-house project, Prima Lagoon, at Jomtien beach, Pattaya, at a starting price of Bt12.99 million per unit. The houses will have a utilisation space of up to 300 square metres on 156 square wahs of land.

Prima Lagoon boasts of conveniences for residents such as underground power systems, 24-hour security system with modern infrared CCTV, remote-controlled garage doors and specially designed garbage bins that do not smell.
