SAMITIVEJ's board of directors has approved participation in a liquidity-management programme with Bangkok Dusit Medical Services. Surplus funds will be transferred to the main account and allocated or lent to other network companies with interest at the minimum rate, less than for financial institutions, and retransferable the next day or when needed.



MBK will purchase all 5.5 million new preferred shares from its wholly owned subsidiary MBK Business issued to increase the latter's registered capital from Bt20 million to Bt570 million.
