Property company Sansiri has launched a detached-house project called Saransiri Ramindra 2 and a new phase of its Setthasiri Prachachuen project.

The company expects revenues of Bt1.6 billion by the third quarter.

Saransiri Ramindra 2 will offer single-detached houses for Bt3 million to Bt6 million. Forty units in the Bt150-million project have been sold since its launch last week, said senior marketing manager Samatcha Promsiri.
