Another ruling for Krirkkiat delayed

The Criminal Court on Wednesday delayed to issue the verdict on another case against former Bangkok Bank of Commerce President Krirkkiat Jalichandra and three accomplices for alleged embezzlement from BBC worth over Bt2 billion.

The verdict would be given on September 3. Krirkkiat and three accomplices faced the embezzlement charge for their joint approval for individual and corporate loans which caused Bt2.5 billion damage to defunct BBC.

The court resolved that it has ruled on a number of similar cases against the former banker, which entailed imprisonment penalty and acquittal.  Legal review will be launched before the court would give the ruling to another case.
