
Chief business officer Prasert Taedullayasatit said Ivy River had succeeded in selling 90 per cent of the total 1,268 units.
The project is located near the Chao Phya River and Taksin Bridge Skytrain Station.
This project has three buildings. The first building is a five-storey building called Chaophraya Villa, which will have 48 two-bedroom units with a combined use space of 78-84 square metres starting at Bt8 million per unit. It is already sold out.
The next two buildings are both 32 storeys with 610 units each, called the Mahanakorn Wing and the Krungthep Wing.
Both buildings feature three types of units.
Studios with a use space of 30 square metres have a starting price of Bt1.69 million.
One-bedroom units with a use space of 35.5 square metres have a starting price of Bt2 million.
And exclusive penthouse units with two bedrooms and a use space of 95.5-101 square metres, starting at Bt6 million.
Prasert said the two-bedroom units had already sold out.
The project has received an environmental-impact assessment licence and a construction licence. Construction will start this month and finish in 2010.
The project will offer additional facilities, such as a sports club, swimming pool, private pier and river walk.
The company also provides transportation via a private shuttle boat and shuttle bus for customers up to the Taksin Bridge Skytrain Station.
