Hua hin project takes off

Hua Hin-Pranburi district is now a famous tourist destination that offers an opportunity for both local and overseas investors, who want to buy a second home or holiday home in the district.

Pran-A-Luxe by the Supharat Group is a villa-and-resort project targeting local and foreign investors who want to buy a second home, holiday home or retirement home at Hua Hin-Pranburi district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province.

The project's 47 villas, worth Bt660 million, are built in a tropical-contemporary style, whose design ensures that all the villas face the sea and a long beach, running about 100 metres, in front of the project. Sixty per cent of  the project has been sold.

Pran-A-Luxe managing director Sumeth Sukahanpatharam said the project will have five types of villas and will be built in the "passion of exclusive life" style.

The project's five types of villas have utilisation spaces between 174 square metres and 680 square metres, with prices starting at Bt10.5 million per unit.

Sumeth said all the houses in the project will have private pools under the pool-villa concept. The project will be completed by the end of next year. Half the buyers are foreign investors who want a second home in Thailand.

"We offer a 30-year lease for foreign buyers according to Thai law and have a right to renew it for another 30 years. We also offer rental management for our customers for the time they are away from their villa," he said.
