
You do not even know how you will survive.
You seem to be in a hopeless situation. Extreme fears take over. Severe doubts develop. Soon you begin to doubt everything and fear everybody. You have doubts about your work. You have fears about your future. You have doubts about your own abilities. You have fears about life itself.
It is time to completely switch off and eliminate all fears and doubts. You close your eyes, take a deep breath, drink a glass of water, smile wide and think.
Fears and doubts get in the way of your adventure. It is difficult to master those fears and doubts instead of being ruled by them.
Fear is like clenching the fists. You curl your fingers up tightly. And only you can let go to relax.
To suffer from doubts is like running around in circles. You do not know the starting point. You also do not know the finishing point. You keep running, but it seems you will never stop. You should try to walk slowly. Once you think it is enough, stop walking and look back.
Fears and doubts are now your companions. They are part of the course of your life. You cannot live your life without them. You can only be sure you will not suffer because of them.
When situations get critical, they will suddenly knock on your door. Doubts and fears will become more intense. The challenges will come rapidly, each moment will be filled with them.
Again, this is natural. Your emotional strength and courage will help thrust them aside. Your thoughts will control your body and soul.
You can make your life better or worse depending on your thoughts. It sounds too simple, but is completely true. Like the Buddha said, "You are what you think."
Your thoughts are more powerful than you can imagine. You begin by learning how to think and then how to think positively.
You meet new friends, and fears and doubts cross your mind. You appreciate having the friends beside you. They can be your trusted advisers. They can save your life if you abide by their discipline about taking risks. They can be regulators of what you should do in any instance, especially in "hopeless" situations when everything is seemingly lost.
When you endure fears and doubts well, you will definitely be rewarded with new ideas, fresh beliefs, clear insights and right solutions.
Change your thoughts ... change your life.
